Driving Innovation: Insights from the UK’s Road Data Evaluation Trials

The UK’s Department for Transport (DfT), in collaboration with TRL, is currently leading a national trial to explore road condition monitoring technologies. This initiative is part of the rollout of the new PAS 2161 standard, aimed at creating a more structured data collection process and improving the quality and consistency of road condition data on a national level. Pluto has just completed data collection in Liverpool, Cumberland, and Essex as part of this process. In this webinar, we’ll share insights from our surveys, present our results, and reflect on how this type of evaluation compares to others we’ve taken part in previously.
